HydroSource Associates, Inc. (HSA) is an experienced team of scientists and support personnel that specializes in the search for, and development and protection of groundwater. HSA's professional staff is drawn from many disciplines, including geology, hydrology, geochemistry, geophysics, GIS and remote sensing, geomorphology, and water resources management. We differ from consulting engineers and environmental firms whose main business is design, construction, or remediation. The sole business of HSA is now, and always has been, the exploration for and the development and protection of the world's groundwater resources. Through this focus, HSA has gained and honed the ability to locate and develop high-yielding, long-lasting water wells in a variety of geographic and geologic settings. The water sources HSA develops have superior water quality AND significantly lower costs to develop, operate, and maintain than other water supply alternatives.

Since the 1970's, HSA scientists have been developing a systematic, scientific process for successful groundwater exploration. This process includes the use of HSA's own unique analytical methods and tools, developed over many years of experience. HSA analyzes information from many forms of enhanced satellite and aerial photo imagery in combination with structural, tectonic, and bedrock brittle feature mapping, and employs the use of several geophysical tools and methods traditionally used in the search for petroleum and natural gas, but modified to suit HSA's more precise needs. HSA scientists have pioneered the exploration of high yielding water sources in fractured crystalline bedrock. What's more, along the way HSA has significantly improved traditional methods of exploration for water sources in karst (limestone) and alluvial (sand and gravel) settings.

Since inception, HSA has continually expanded its capabilities by amassing real-world experience over a broad range of geologic and geographic settings, and adapting and advancing the latest exploration tools and technologies, applying them to best serve our clients' water supply needs. HSA scientists have worked throughout the United States, in Africa, South America and the Middle East for national and foreign governments, cities, small communities, water companies, real estate developers, industries, power companies, fisheries, agricultural enterprises, ski and golf resorts, and other clients requiring large-volume water supplies. Having developed groundwater sources yielding millions of gallons per day for hundreds of clients, in settings ranging from tropical, to temperate, to arid, HydroSource Associates' track record of success is truly worldwide.
